Heated for four minutes in microwave, topped with butter and whole milk. See how I cleverly avoided the redundant construction, "prepared in advance?" The fruit mixture was also a week's worth prepared at once, so it's a simple matter of bringing together two wholesome staples and set to munching four minutes after starting out.
