Pulled chicken with tomato





Ug. Me caveman. Me put bird chest in pot. Cook. Eat.

* Kill bird with spear. Chop off head and feet. Pull off feathers. Remove guts.
* Two bird chests frozen in glacier, dusted in seasoned flour.
* One tablespoon vegetable oil (use lard for caveman cred).
* One small onion, diced with flint knife.
* Two garlic cloves, sliced thinly.
* Remnant few ounces of old white fermented grape juice probably turned to vinegar in cave, didn't taste it so don't know.
* One tablespoon of the seasoned flour used to dust the chicken chests.
* One tiny can of diced jalapeƱo peppers.
* One tablespoon chipotle in adobo left from previous ice age.

Seasoned flour
* Coriander (smashed seeds)
* Cumin (smashed seeds)
* Powdered red cayenne pepper
* S/P

* Pressure cooked while me read book reviews on Amazon. Except me can't read so just pretend. Duration: don't know. Cook until me get tired of pretending to read.

* Pressure cooker is clay pot with lid and heavy rock on top .
* Pulled bird to shreds with two sticks.
* Added one small can tomatoes.

Mmmm. Ug. Good. Me like. Rub hairy tummy. Now me think of next thing to kill.
