Neapolitan ice cream

As if. Another example of naming a thing after a place so that the mystery and glamour of the place is attached to the product when in fact such a thing has nothing at all to do with the city of Naples, like three flavors lined up into one.

The middle one is trying to be strawberry. It really is that pale.

Eh. It is what it is. Having made ice cream from milk powder I detect that type of milk solid in this, and I'm surprised that each flavor isn't more distinct.

The best ice cream I've had is made with liquid nitrogen. It's one of our "must stops" at the Minnesota State Fair.
