Regular bread



This bread has egg butter and milk, so a brioche type but not so fortified as brioche, still, those extra elements tend to interfere with gluten development and create a richer and more tender crumb. It is intended for sandwiches and toast.

I fell asleep and this loaf over-proofed so there could be no oven rise.
