I wanted mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. The roasted chicken is incidental to that.
Incidental or not, now I have chicken for chicken enchiladas, chicken and dumplings, chicken soup, chicken sandwiches, chicken salad, chicken and pasta, chicken omelet, chicken taco.
Mashed potatoes have a heavy dose of horseradish included.
