Roast beef sandwich





Deli beef. I buy a pound and nibble it all day like a rat.



There. Leave it alone. Don't do anything else. 






I told you to leave it alone. 

Baked it to melt the cheese sauce from before and now the beef is worse. I knew better. Cold beef is better so the meat stays red, and simple Worcestershire sauce and sea salt is better than all that crap. A lot better.

Roasted prime rib, I think, it's expensive, and it's different from the pot roast earlier. This meat does not have all that much flavor on its own. 

The meat shouldn't be cooked, that ruins it.
