sweet potato crisps with rosemary







Online recipes I looked at instructed coconut oil and dry rosemary but I don't know why. It's what I used. Then comments to those recipes complain no matter what they tried the chips are not crisp. 

These are fine. They're crisp if a little overly browned. The sweet potato I used was old and dry to begin with and I live in an arid place.
