Leftovers. Chicken thigh, shredded pork, swiss chard, potato salad

The chicken has mustard brown sugar soy, ginger and garlic marinade. The shredded pork comes from pork loin chops combined with tomato and southwestern spice. The swiss chard has bacon, vinegar and brown sugar, pecans and cranberries. The potato salad has pears and sweet / sour vinaigrette. They are mind-blowingly tasty leftovers.
