If so, I can't imagine why you have trouble peeling them. I'd say that of every couple of dozen hard-boiled eggs I make, maybe one stubborn egg resists an easy peel. I'm astonished and wildly happy to learn there's a difficulty that apparently is a major issue to most while I've been untroubled.
