Burrito, bean and pork

Some ingredients go inside the burrito and others go on it to glorify it.

Rice is both inside and outside because I made so much of it; half a cup. 

I've never had rice with saffron in any Mexican restaurant in the United States or in Mexico. They use a different element to make it yellow; annatto. 

Annatto are the red seeds of the achiote tree.
