Man, those peasants really know how to live it up. I do have chicken but it wasn't put in so there's that left to try. Also jalapeño sounds good too and cheese will go well, sour cream or lemon. The mint is very nice but there is also cilantro. Bacon. See what I mean? It's almost impossible to go wrong.
