Chicken teriyaki

This is made to be cooked over a hibachi, but I am hibachi-less causing me to use an oven-broiler instead.

Teriyaki sauce

* soy sauce

* white sugar to offset all that soy sauce

* brown sugar to help offset all that soy sauce with a touch of molasses

* garlic

* ginger

* chile flakes

* sesame oil

* water
