Basically, flour tortillas.
The bread is unlike any tortilla you've eaten. It is tender beyond belief. Too tender straight from the pan to cut a pocket. Yet dense and substantial. Completely unlike commercially produced air-foam yeast bread. There is no comparison between this and tortillas or pocket pita bread that you can buy. If you haven't tried making it yourself, I urge you to give it a go. It can change your attitude permanently. It contributes significantly to the success of the sandwich.
Tony's had this on sale one day as part of their 12 days of Christmas, $7.00 LB with 2 LB limit. I do not know what their regular price is, they are usually outrageous. The rest was repackaged using seal-a-meal device in three packages.
Mayonnaise and horseradish.
