I wanted cookies with mostly cornflakes, and these are.
Also:
couverture chocolate buttons cut into bits, (a mess)
oatmeal
broken pecans.
cinnamon
ginger
And the rest is all regular cookie stuff.
The dough was stiff and I wanted them thin. I found wetting my fingertips allowed them to be pressed down. And that added a small amount of water to each cookie making them each hold together even though very thin.
