Ricotta spinach ravioli, cream cheese sauce, garlic toast









Disappointed they're so small. They're the size of the ones that you get in a can.

Mostly dough. Had I made these myself they'd be bigger and better. I cannot taste the spinach. 

The sauce is the best thing. Just cream and great cheese and a few herbs, hot chile flakes, nutmeg, faint garlic, salt/pepper.

I am disappointed in small raviolli too. If made by experts, they can be ok, but the ratio of skin to filling is off. The bagged ones are just sad.

Some regular sized frozen ones, while nothing like fresh homemade ones, are much better than nothing.
