Steak and potato with cheese sauce


The Gorgonzola I picked up is terrible and I mean terrible. 

Used a small amount of the terrible Gorgonzola to be the base of a sauce with milk to dilute the cheese. That is the base of it, but adjusted so much it no longer hinted of Gorgonzola. I didn't intend to obliterate it.  Heated seeds; fennel, cumin, mustard. Added chile flakes, and honey. Marsala because I like it.












Dead cow meat. 

I didn't like it one single bit. 

That's too bad. I still have half of this cooked steak and three more like this one started out. Now I have to think of something else for all of it. 

The cheese sauce turned something else tastes good but it's wrong. Too sweet. My favorite part about this is the little potato.
