Hamburger with sausage



Regular minced beef is so one dimensional.



This is the bread that was baked yesterday, started the evening before on slow. 


The only dressing is mustard. The best in all the world. I mean it. It comes from a tin of powdered mustard seed, probably grown in Canada or the US, as nearly all mustard is. There are only two types of seeds, yellow and brown, and you can try both and you can have whole seeds too, or crushed seeds, it doesn't matter at all, the taste is supreme no matter what you choose.
