* 1 Level Teaspoon active dry yeast
* 3/4 Teaspoon salt
* 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
* 1 + 1/2 Cup AP flour
* Half the cucumber is for tzatziki
* 1 Garlic clove
* 1 Tablespoon olive oil
* Five generous Tablespoons sour cream
* 1/2 Teaspoon salt
Processed in a mini blender
They should rise twenty minutes or so after they're rolled.
Precious Babies, I made a video for you to show how the pita bread puffs up. These can be done in the oven but I like to do them one-at-a-time stovetop.
