Malted chocolate and lemon ice cream drink

You can buy malt in liquid form or in dry form. It comes in different strengths, three strengths is what I've seen, given a choice, you might as well go ahead and get the strong stuff. You can combine it with regular chocolate and have malted chocolate all the time.

The thing is malt is a process not a substance and yet it is a substance that you buy that has been malted. Isn't that confusing? The substance is usually barley but it can be any grain.

The art deco Ovaltine factory in Kings Langley was converted into flats and right off the bat that made me want to live there even though I don't known anything else about the place except it used to be the spot for a Plantagenet Palace, and then I realized how ridiculous that is because Ovaltine is gone from there now and the whole Willie Wonka thing, well, it's just silly, and the art deco is only façade. It's not like I'd have a big Ovaltine vat in my apartment or anything, or huge Ovaltine pipes running through with Ovaltine valves. But wouldn't that be great if it was like that?

The Ovaltine you get in other countries is different. They prefer different formulations all over the place. If you switch around or if you travel you might be disappointed because their Ovaltine will not deliver the familiar taste.

* milk
* lemon ice cream
