Green chili from yesterday. See how we do?
This is really good. I think everyone would like it. Except for the potatoes in the chili. That's just weird.
I understand now where 'wet burritos' come from. A place that I loved that shut down due to Coors Field along with a small Japanese restaurant used to serve wet burritos to the horror of my caucasian Federal Reserve Bank friends. Here, the chili makes the bottom burrito completely wet and that wetness contributes considerably. That's what the restaurant did. Their green chili was water-wet, odd to our senses, and it changed the tortilla to another wet ingredient. It's truly outstanding but a little bit different.
