Steamed vegetables with cheese and eggs

This is a lot better than I thought it would be considering the only spices are salt and pepper. And hot sauce.

I thought the cheese would be stringy like pizza but this cheese did not do that.

Hammered chicken breast

Maybe I should have said, "flattened" but then it would be "flattened breast."

And that's what I did; I pounded this breast with a hammer. It obdurately would not flatten out. I kept pounding and pounding and pounding and I was all, ew, this thing needs to spread out a little, whap, whap, whap, turn, whap, whap, whap, over and over and it kept staying in form. So I go, whapwhapwhapwhapwhap, whapwhapwhapwhapwhap, over and over and it kept keeping its form. So I gave up. And I needed it to fit inside a small pan.

Lime Jello

In my case Jello is effective as Metamucil. Even more so, actually.

Sliced chicken breast

One chicken breast cut up to pieces.

You know how usually you set up a station and one of three bowls will be beaten egg or milk. Instead of that I used water and instead of a bowl I merely held them under flowing tap water. Flour was poured onto a cutting board so it goes flour, water, flour. The extra flour is dumped out. For a savings of three dunk and dredge bowls.

Salt and pepper, that's it. These are hospital chicken tenders.

Pancake with fried egg, marinated mushrooms and pecans

One egg for the pancake and one egg to fry and put on top of the pancake.

How was it?

     It was terrible.
