Corn fritter with frozen corn and tinned tuna

Frozen corn processed to pebble size and an equal amount of masa, but the masa goes into the bowl last. 

The tuna is kind that is like cat food and I do not like it. The tuna is heavily disguised here, barely noticeable, but it doesn't have to be like this if it was just good tuna.

One egg, one teaspoon baking powder, one slice of processed cheese and the rest is a gathering of my favorite things, jalapeño, chile pepper flakes, sea salt, diced onion, powdered garlic, black pepper.
