Fish burrito. Legally. That is a burrito tortilla, not some kind of middle eastern health food wrap bread. No Siree, just a regular burrito.
There is a lot of fried fish leftover. I could make three more of these all from one fish filet. The fried jalapeño is hot while the pickle relish is sweet.
Gido's fish wrap made me want the same thing except his fish is a lot better than mine. His kingfish is Yellowtail Amberjack Kingfish.
