Beef Burgundy on spaghetti

My three potatoes were old. Toss.

But I could have used sweet potatoes. That are growing spectacularly. I should put them outside in the dirt and let them go crazy.

And I could have used rice, or instant mashed potatoes. Or another kind of pasta. Or white beans. 

I have more containers of stuff in the freezer but I don't know what it is. Whatever it is, it'll be great.
