There was about 1/5 small storage tub of the lemon ice cream made earlier. That ice cream was 1/2 powdered milk and 1/2 heavy cream and it is a little bit strange texture-wise, just a little bit. There was enough to break into pieces and shove into four of these molds. The commercial orange juice poured over the ice cream would have been improved with a little sugar for this but I did not do that.
