Chocolate malted banana butter pecan milkshake

The quart jar is frosted and the milk partially frozen. So is the banana.

Doubling up on the vitamins and minerals, whatever those things are.

It's been one of these quart milkshakes every day in an effort to stave off weight loss and it's worked.

I've found the trick to gaining weight is shoving as much food into your pie hole as possible and going nuts with additional fat and calorie condensed meals often as possible.

Notable for what is left out of it; coffee, mint, cinnamon, citrus, egg, nutmeg, chile powders, additional vanilla, any liquor, anything anise-y.

Malted barley, a sticky powder that makes things taste great, from the COBrew, Colorado Brewery supply downstairs, a new place that teaches people how to make their own beer, on site if they wish, and sell them all the equipment they'll need and you would not believe the business they do. People coming and going with very large boxes holding large aluminum pots and glass carboys and tubing and what have you, all day long.

All three powders combined.

No ice cream was harmed in the production of this milkshake. It's just banana and milk mixed with Nestle Nesquik® mixed with malt extract picked up from Stomp Them Grapes, the new brewery store that's closer than the old brewery store both of which are fantastic places to visit because the shops are stuffed with interesting things. If you ever have the chance to drop in on a home brewery shop I recommend doing so, they have everything known to home brewery of beer and wine, kits, basic elements, equipment, scales, tubing, stoppers, valves, grain, fermentation starters and such, plus what I'm interested in, different types of malt extracts in varying degrees of depth and various forms. It all gets so very scientific, so they're like science shops.

I usually add fiber to this but when you do that then you have to drink it quickly or else it coagulates. As it turns out, I drank this quickly anyway so I might as well have put it in.
