Poached egg on tomatoes with basil and light spaghetti noodles

Cheese from Parma, a place in the exotic land of Italy
Egg from a chicken's butt, and that gotta hurt.

Egg coddled in the pasta water. Add vinegar and pour the egg into the water that is no longer boiling. Vinegar pulls the egg white together. The egg white is all, ew, ew, ew, vinegar and it stops spreading out. You can actually see it pull in to itself. Fascinating chemistry right there.)
