There is cheese inside. The industrial individually wrapped melty American kind made for sandwiches.
This is the bread made a few days ago that puffed up too much due to powdered milk added after the yeast had already started. I would prefer it to be more dense.
The mustard is prepared from powdered mustard and it is extraordinarily biting and hot with an untamed horseradish element. It turns a plain sandwich into something serious and it is so fierce it requires a counter to it. This is the first time I ever added anything sweet to an egg sandwich. It doesn't seem right. A thin layer of strawberry preserves is smeared over the mustard. All that together turned this into something more challenging than a plain ordinary bed time go-to-sleep-now egg on toast sandwich.

I like to smear raspberry jam on top of a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich and then eat it with a knife and fork. Your egg sandwich looks amazing and has inspired me for the day. Thanks
