Roadside roasted Hatch chiles

Cherry juice
Peach juice
Raspberry Juice
A lot of various cheese sauce dips
A lot of preserves that they're calling "butter ____" 
A lot of things with chile peppers inside them.
Other things too.

I'm tempted to go back and buy some more things. Who ever heard of cherry juice? It's excellent. It's expensive too, but it's worth it. Pure straightforward juice. No messing around. No fancy manufacturing techniques. 

This takes awhile. 

I developed a technique. I got tired of fussing over every last seed. My new technique is pinch the top and squeeze out the seeds. I decided to stop being such a fuss bucket about seeds.

I learned the lesson to treat these things with due respect.
