The wheat was purchased downstairs at the brewing company that teaches people how to make beer. All their wheat has been malted, already toasted. So I wasn't sure it would work for read. But it does. And it tastes very good because of that.
It was an experiment and it worked.
A+ for wheat that is intended for beer.
This ground beef is from Trader Joes, and I must say it's the best ground beef that I've tasted. I don't know what they're doing over there but it's head and shoulders above what I get at King Soopers. It's worth a separate trip.
