* Regular bread crumbs, 2 slices worth, put into a medium size bowl

* Milk to moisten the bread and the meat.

* Flavors.
   ** salt
   ** pepper
   ** oregano
   ** garlic powder
   ** chile flakes
   ** War Chester Shire Sauce, Sire
* 1 lb 80% ground beef

* formed into balls and placed into a pan with oven proof handle

* tin of tomato sauce
   ** Asian fish sauce
   ** sugar
   ** vinegar
   ** soy sauce

Covered and baked until done.
