The meat is ordinary rib eye steak that I bought from King Soopers. I realized how tender it is by the first cut and I was all, "Whoah."

The noodles are two egg yolks and one egg white with as much semolina as shown. I dumped in all purpose flour and that turned out to be the exact amount.

I forgot to use Worcestershire and soy sauce so my version is more clean-cut. It's closer to hospital food with nothing challenging like chile peppers. I used vermouth, commercial beef broth and generous sour cream.
