Starts out with a biscuit, a cookie, a pie crust that is sweet. It has sugar in it and on it. I should have put cinnamon in there too.
Too bad you weren't here when this dough came together, you'd be impressed, I think, how simple it is and how easily tiny bits of cold butter are smashed, and how with a few tablespoons of cold water the mass pushes together so nicely with a regular dinner fork.
The smashing does mess up your fingers though so there's no getting out of that.
Latex gloves.
Stop contradicting me please.

Then pressed flat with the same fork to fill out the plate. This was a little too much so the crust came out thick, but I don't care, I like fat crumbly cookies when they're covered with stuff. Like this.
Lemme see, what was that? Butter, cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar, salt, then apple liqueur, lemon juice.
* raisins
* pecans
* one apple not peeled, it's rustic, you see, rustic, that's what it is.
Poof.
Smaller version of this would be great for dinners. Ten are as simple as one. That you did it yourself, please, nobody does that anymore, you'd be instantly king.
