Made a salad like this tonight -- in that it had salmon and pecans and greenery -- but left out the pasta and threw in strawberries. With a spicy peanut dressing. Love the wild salmon available now.
What type of dressing did you use??

Hahaha Shirley, what you really should know is where did I catch the salmon, what type it is, and what kind of pole did was used to catch it and what was the bait.
