Gougères fail. Delicious but fail. They didn't puff and since I don't know what to aim for, I don't know for sure what the problem is.
Maybe I had just try measuring sometime.
And following instructions might help.
Too much cheese, I think, kept it from forming a cavity. And an overload of cheese is such an insurmountable problem to have.
If they weren't delicious I'd be disgusted.
