Greens and fried chicken










I'm showing the cheap bacon used for its fat and for its smoke. 



I think these are collard greens. I didn't read the signs or the little strap. 

This tasted terrible but I ate it anyway. 

Do not follow me on this for I will lead you astray.

I did a number of unusual things, heavy spices before starting, pressure cooked the whole lot, twice, mixed root vegetables, stopped half way to mess around, added sugar to counteract extreme bitterness, included apple brandy. One of those things or all of those things went terribly wrong. It cannot be fixed.

Edit: Turnip greens and they're totally gross.
