Tiny thing. Sufficiently saccharine to fuel a whole flock of humming-elephants for an entire month. These berries started out black. As they cooked through they forfeited their color. I pulled them when they started going pale which was within a just a few minutes. Crust made from vanilla wafers is a good idea which means somebody undoubtedly already thought of it.
