Chicken salad sandwich on black bean bread.
This is my favorite way to make mayonnaise these days. The thing is, the oil must be drizzled slowly anyway so there's little point in brutalizing the whole thing with electric processing. Plus I love watching it thicken as you go.
The mustard used here has horseradish in it. Olive oil. Honey is included. Rice vinegar. Sea salt.
Aerogarden basil.
