Mashed potato and fried egg snack



This was made in one minute while unloading the dishwasher.  I was in there already and I go, "Dude. You're hungry right now." In thoughts, not vocalized, that would be insane. 

A lot of butter. A lot. Like 1/4 of a stick because I can take it. A puddle of butter. All seasoned up with incredible things like pepper. 

And Italian mixed herbs but all that gets pushed to the side when an egg is cracked into the pan.

The egg yolk is the sauce. Excessive butter and egg yolk comprise a very rich sauce for potatoes that are already buttered. So double butterage going on here.  

And then it gets consumed in thirty seconds. Like this: sluuuuurrrrrp.
