Chicken breast, poblano



Sour creams turns out to be not that great a marinade, I don't think, and it doesn't have enough fat to broil. It is replaced with heavy cream which does have enough fat to broil. Otherwise I would have processed butter into it.



This chicken breast with cream is turning out to be my favorite thing presently. 

The potato is partially cooked in the microwave then cut and fried in butter with olive oil to crisp.
