This is my sourdough bread frozen usually as pizza bases but here as a large bun. It is a bit too tough for this. A lighter bread would be better. American cheese product would be better for a thing like this.
Beef steak shredded, not sliced thinly. Nearly a whole tin of hot jalapeño peppers.
