The strange package of tortillas offered at Sprouts had only 11 tortillas. 

I used large tomatillos and six jalapeƱos and that made over twice as much green chile than needed. It is uncomfortably hot. Over half was frozen as it is and the lesser portion diluted with heavy cream. 

I drained the water from boiling the vegetables reserving a cup, and reserving about 1/4 the water in the pot, then used an immersion blender right there in the pot instead of transferring it all to a blender for a savings of cleaning the blender. 

Sometimes we cook types are lazy.
