I am disappointed with the hazelnut oil for not tasting like hazelnuts. I should have known because peanut oil tastes nothing like peanuts. Apparently it is not cold pressed. Fine then. It will have the hazelnut flavor inserted into it directly with hazelnut paste.
You can do this with nuts and seeds. Sesame seeds for tahini, cashews for butter, at the point where they liquify to paste by smashing they all smell like peanut butter. To me.
Tasteless hazelnut oil added, mostly to make room in the bottle for the extra hazelnut paste.
