T-bone steak, baked potato, salad, chestnut dressing

The salad dressing is cashew nuts pulverized to paste. Neutral vegetable oil added to fill a small  jar and the oil used straight as dressing, no acid to give it a zing, lemon ruins the effect.  Along with actual cashew nuts the oiled up leafy greens are amazing.

My second favorite part is the potato. I realized oven VS microwave makes a big difference and it is probably worth waiting an hour.

This steak is okay. Fried stovetop and placed in the oven when flipped, finished more slowly in there and then rested It cooked medium rare, and the whole time I was thinking it's been a long time since I've stopped at Oliver's on 6th. And it is so near me there is no excuse.
