Hamburger, purple cabbage, tomato, English Muffin






English muffin from before, toasted, it's crunchy.

Hamburger of ground beef and chorizo seared and steamed.

Slaw is bacon fat, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, purple cabbage and onion cooked to crispy tender. 

So crispy in two places. English muffins twice as crisped as regular hamburger buns, and slaw twice as crispy as crispy lettuce so that's four times more crispy than an ordinary hamburger, four times the excitement and four time the challenge. It drips all over the place too. This little hamburger took up about six paper towels.
