Taste of Philly -- Denver, steak sandwich

Oh, it's a bell. Half a cracked bell. I thought it was a map of Eastern Pennsylvania.

See, that right there indicates poor bell-craftsmanship. When a bell cracks because you bang it in prolonged joyous jubilation, that is a measure of the bell and not a measure of righteous joyous celebration. It doesn't do to say, "We partied so hard we cracked the bell." Rather, "That bell sucked."  A good bell would hold up to abuse. It's what they're for.

This is the green chile Philly. It is spicy hot, actually hot and no fooling around. A combination more likely in the Southwest than in Philadelphia and more likely on a tortilla than on a roll like this but still it is an impressive sandwich.

It is large and it is a delicious sandwich steaming temperature hot and thoughtfully assembled, and at $8.50 it is a much better value than Arby's sandwiches right around the corner. This is only half of it.
