hamburger, macaroni, rice, cheese

Trader Joe's is the best ground beef that I've tasted. I thought 80% would create a lot of fat but there is none in the pan.

1 small onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
3 garlic cloves smashed and cooked separately in butter in a little space created in the center of the pan.

Cream.

Sushi rice leftover. It has sugar and rice vinegar and toasted sesame seed oil added after the rice was cooked. So it's coated with those flavors.

The original idea was fried rice. But there wasn't enough rice to go with 1/2 lb. of hamburger so I added macaroni.

The other original idea was fettuccini Alfredo with homemade noodles but then I remembered the leftover rice.

Hot red chile powder and 1/2 ground nutmeg nut.

You know, a guy could get fat eating this. It has two types of chile in it and very flavorful rice.
