This is not ideal for sushi or sashimi but it's not that bad either. They're not so deep red as you usually see but they work. Kind of. I wonder what the intention is for these. Maybe they sear it lightly. When it cooks it turns gray and that's ugly. I sure do like this. And so would a cat. Maybe it's cat food.
These two things do not generally go together but they're the two things I wanted and two things I have on hand.
Maybe I'm pregnant.
