Dough for potato bread rolls pressed down for hamburger buns. Tarragon added. This made five flat soft rolls.
Boar's Head Wisconsin aged cheddar cheese. Toasting the cheese changes it satisfyingly.
These are great. I could eat five of them in a row. I bet.
