green salad





A different kind of salad dressing this time. Haystack goat cheese, quality, buttermilk. Seasonings; salt, pepper, nutmeg. 

I like a lot of pepper all over my salad. I like it completely covered in spots.

Looks good. Dressing is intriguing.

Are the walnuts toasted at all? I like to toast walnuts in a dry, hot pan for a few minutes before adding them to a salad. Makes them crunchy like croutons while getting rid of that grainy, mealy walnut texture.
